Like the Atobá which embraces community living, flying in groups and living in colonies, community spirit is central to the project. The facilities, common areas and properties are surrounded by beautiful communal gardens filled with local flora and many circulation areas, allowing for different routes and encounters.
Wellbeing at heart
The development features an outdoor yoga studio where one can take a lesson or practice independently as well as a gym, swimming pools and a wellness area. There is also an impressive array of sports facilities including a tennis court and a petanque corner.

They say there's nowhere better to sample fresh seafood than by the sea, and here there's ample of both. Atobá's on-site restaurant will be plating up simple but delicious food for lunch and dinner, including grilled fish and whatever else the local fishermen may have caught that day. This laid back space is the ideal spot to unwind after a day out on the water, but not before you've sampled a cool drink at the beach bar post kitesurf. Be careful not to miss the fantastic sunset from the rooftop bar, perfectly complemented by the country's famous caipirinha cocktail.
